How do I order from you?

Please use our contact form or email us directly, and we will follow up with you via email to confirm pricing and availability for your custom order.

What is the minimum order size?

Our minimum order is 2 dozen (24) cookies for custom decorated orders. Every cookie creation is a work of art, and to give your order the attention it deserves, custom orders must be placed by the dozen.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance for custom orders, especially during peak seasons (spring/summer weddings, holidays). Rush orders (2 weeks or less) may be possible with a 25% surcharge.

When is payment due?

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. This guarantees that your custom cookie creations will be crafted with care and ready for your special event.

Can I cancel my order?

Refunds will be offered up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. After that time, refunds cannot be given as the cutter order has likely been placed.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Unfortunately, no. Larger orders do not require less work when creating custom cookies. Each cookie receives individual attention regardless of order size.

How long will my cookies stay fresh, and can I freeze them?

Cookies will be heat sealed and stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. They can be frozen and will stay delicious for several months.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Please be aware that all cookies are made in a licensed residential kitchen which processes common food allergens, including tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, shellfish, fish and soy. While we can discuss specific dietary needs, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation due to our cottage food operation setup.
