Plain-English, no surprises — here's how we handle your information.
Last updated: May 30, 2026
When you place an order, book a class, or reach out to us, we may collect:
We only collect what we actually need to serve you. Nothing more.
Your information is used for one purpose: to take care of you as a customer. That means:
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not add you to any marketing lists without your permission, and we will never sell your information to anyone — ever.
All payments on our website are processed by Stripe, a trusted and industry-standard payment platform. When you enter your card number at checkout, that information goes directly to Stripe — Sweet Pea & Poppy never sees it, never receives it, and never stores it.
In other words: your full card number, expiration date, and security code are never in our hands. Stripe handles everything on their secure servers. You can learn more about how Stripe protects your data at stripe.com/privacy.
Our website uses a small number of cookies — small files stored in your browser that help the site function properly. We use strictly necessary cookies only, which come from Stripe and are required for secure payment processing to work.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any analytics that follow you around the internet. If you place an order, Stripe may set its own cookies as part of the secure checkout process.
Your name, email, phone number, and order details are yours. We will never sell them, rent them, or trade them to any third party — period. The only outside service that touches your information in any way is Stripe, for payment processing, and they are required to protect it under their own strict privacy standards.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We don't anticipate major changes, but we want you to know where to look if anything shifts.
If you have any questions about how we handle your information, just reach out. We're a small family business and there's always a real person on the other end.
